This policy covers digital widget guides bought on the Deeney Digital shop and on our Etsy shop. The PDF is ready to download as soon as payment is complete.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products once the download is available. This is the same rule as our Etsy listings. A digital file cannot be sent back.
By completing checkout you agree that delivery starts immediately, and that you give up the cooling-off cancellation right for that download where the law lets you do that.
If the file will not open, the install does not match the listing, or the product is not as described, contact us first on Discord. We will try to fix it.
If we cannot fix a real fault, ask Paddle for a refund. Paddle is the merchant of record for shop payments: Paddle takes the payment and sends the receipt. Request a refund at paddle.net. Paddle’s refund policy is at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
Nothing on this page removes a right the law does not let you give up. In some countries that includes a short time to cancel even after a digital product is delivered. Paddle applies those rights. Use paddle.net to ask.
Widgets bought on Etsy follow this same rule: no refunds on digital downloads. Questions about an Etsy order stay in your Etsy messages.
