This policy describes how we handle information when you use our website (deeneydigital.com), including the Multistream Connect page and related tools used with streaming platforms.
Deeney Digital provides stream widgets and setup resources. For privacy questions, contact us through your usual support channel (for example, your Etsy order conversation or the contact options listed on our site).

Paddle sells the product to you, takes the payment, works out tax, and emails the receipt. Card numbers and other payment details go to Paddle. We do not store them.

From a shop order we keep the email on the receipt, the Paddle transaction id, the widgets you bought, and the Twitch name or link you type at checkout. We use that to show your downloads, keep the license with the right channel, and answer support questions. The legal basis is the purchase you asked us to complete, and our legitimate interest in stopping unauthorized sharing of the widgets.
You can ask us, through Discord, for a copy of the shop data we hold, or to correct or delete the Twitch name on an order. For payment data held by Paddle, use paddle.net. If you are in the UK and you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We aim to reply within one month.
We retain multistream connection data and tokens only as long as needed to provide the service or until you stop using a connection (for example, by creating a new connection ID or disconnecting where applicable). We may delete or rotate stored data as part of maintenance or security practices.
When you use “Connect Kick” or “Connect YouTube,” you interact with Kick’s and Google’s authorization services under their terms. We use hosting infrastructure (such as Netlify) to run our site and server functions; they may process data as described in their policies.
Some pages on our site (such as the home page, widget updates hub, and token setup hub) may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites, measure ad performance, and limit how often you see an ad.
We use a cookie banner so you can choose optional cookies. Essential cookies and similar storage run so the site works. Analytics and advertising cookies wait until you accept them.
Our multistream page may store your connection ID in your browser’s local storage so the page can remember your session.
The shop keeps your cart in this browser until you check out or clear it. If you sign in to your downloads, a cookie named dd_shop_user stores your email and Paddle customer id for 30 days so you can come back. It is only used for the shop account.
While the shop preview is locked, a cookie named dd_shop_preview may be set after you enter the shared preview password. It only unlocks the preview storefront for you.
If you allow analytics, we load Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. If you allow advertising, Google AdSense may set advertising and measurement cookies as described in Google’s cookie policy. You can change your choice any time with .
This privacy page itself does not load AdSense.
Our services are not directed at children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child inappropriately, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
